Plastic Reels for SMD Carrier Tape
These plastic reels are used to wind and protect embossed carrier tape during component packaging, transport and automated assembly. Standard 7-, 13- and 15-inch diameters support different tape lengths and production-volume requirements.

Selection Guidance
The reel diameter, flange width and hub dimensions must match the carrier tape, winding length and equipment. Provide the tape width and thickness, required winding length, equipment model, color and quantity so the correct configuration can be checked.
Complete Tape-and-Reel Supply
ACE DELIXIN can review the reel together with carrier tape and cover tape. Sample assembly and winding tests are recommended before volume orders, especially for wide tapes or custom hubs.
