These embossed carrier tapes are specially designed for reliable packaging and automated handling of surface mount devices (SMDs). Manufactured with high-precision extrusion and embossing technology, the tapes feature uniformly sized cavities that securely hold semiconductor chips, resistors, capacitors, LEDs and other SMD components during storage, transportation and SMT production.
